Do you ship internationally?
Yes! We ship the PawRunner™ Bungee Leash worldwide. Wherever you are, we’re proud to help you enjoy hands-free walks and runs with your dog. Can I change my shipping address?
Entered the wrong address? No problem! If your order hasn’t shipped yet, just email us with your updated details and we’ll fix it before it goes out the door.
How can I track my order?
Once your order ships, you’ll receive an email with your tracking number and a link to follow your package in real-time.
Help! I think my order is lost.
If your tracking number isn’t updating, don’t worry—it can take time to reflect the latest transit info. If your leash hasn’t arrived within 30 days, contact us immediately and we’ll investigate or send a replacement if needed.

Shipping & Returns
How long does shipping take?
Shipping times depend on your location. On average, orders with standard shipping arrive within 5–10 business days after dispatch.
Please allow 1–2 business days for processing before shipment. During peak seasons, processing may take up to 3–4 business days.
Note: Delivery times exclude customs or clearance delays.
What is your return policy?
We offer a 90-day return policy on the PawRunner™ Bungee Leash. Products must be unused, in original packaging, and in resellable condition. To begin a return, please contact our customer support team for step-by-step instructions.
Do you offer exchanges?
Absolutely! If your leash arrives damaged or defective, we’ll be happy to exchange it. Just contact our customer support team, and we’ll make it right.
